After Carrie went through the arduous process of scaling and selling her own agency, Likeable Media, she identified some key differentiators for women selling businesses as opposed to their male counterparts. Commonly known as The Exit Whisperer, Carrie has helped hundreds of women scale their businesses in order to prep for exit. 

Through her research, she identified what became widely known as The Exit Gap. Carrie has developed a methodology for avoiding some of the common pitfalls women face when preparing to exit their business, which she executes through her latest venture: The Whisper Group.
