Tell us more about the Spaghetti Project
The Spaghetti Project is a platform that shares the science and stories around connection at work and home. It brings people together to share with them the reasons why they’re not connecting. Technology today is designed to make us want more. We discuss all the studies that show, why when we connect it’s actually good for us as people and good for business. We talk about the science behind, why the technology pulls us towards it and the second half of the project is all about, what do we do about it? We try to make the Spaghetti projects prescriptive and show people why it’s important to make a commitment to it.
What are the 3 P’s!
Prioritizing – are we prioritizing relationships? Does your calendar reflect your values? Why does someone want to work with you? It’s because you have the relationship with them.
Positioning – how are you positioning technology? How are you leveraging it to strengthen relationships and how are you then putting technology in it’s place to connect with those around you in a deeper way?
Protocols – we need to remember that this technology is relatively new. So really it’s like the Wild West! When I think about creating protocols, I think about creating rules of the road. For example, when a client comes in, there’s no technology or maybe at a team meeting, it’s only available at the end.
